Coastguard Cottage provides the highest standard of self catering, holiday accommodation is situated 1 minute from the beach and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children in comfort.
The Cottage has been completely refurbished to the very highest self catering accommodation standards. Coastguard is great for family holidays or romantic break, beach holiday or water sports holiday.
Access is is easy by road, rail and Exeter Airport (South West Trains, Virgin, Great Western and all main line stations to Teignmouth or Newton Abbot). We can arrange to collect you if required.
The accommodation comprises: Main bedroom with en suite bathroom, King size bed and plenty of storage space. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room. The twin beds can be arranged and made up as a King size. Separate bunk bed room on the same floor as the main en suite. A cot is provided and there is ample room in the main bedroom if you like your child to sleep with you. Beds are made up for your arrival; fresh linen is provided for stays of more than 7 days.
The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with Double Oven and Grill - Induction Hob - Microwave - Fridge Freezer. Washing and drying facilities are housed in a separate utility area.
Double sliding doors lead out to a small patio with garden furniture.
Heating is zoned over the three floors and towel rails can be managed independently of the heating system. There is a log burner in the living room and we can provide logs if required.
Our standard week runs from Friday to Friday allowing you to make the most of long weekends and travel during the least congested hours!
We provide all linen except beach towels and cot bedding. You can order additional services if you wish, such as welcome hamper or collection from airport or railway station.
